It comes from deer that roam freely in their natural habitats and is harvested through carefully managed, sustainable practices by qualified deer stalkers. We predominantly source Sika deer, which are abundant in Dorset, where annual culls are planned to protect the landscape and support biodiversity. This makes our venison one of the most sustainable meats you can buy.
